Scope of application

 

1. RTO treatment technology is suitable for the purification of high concentration organic waste gas, painting waste gas, odor waste gas, etc.; it is suitable for the situation that the composition of waste gas often changes or the waste gas contains components that cause catalyst poisoning or activity decline (such as metal vapor of mercury, tin, zinc, phosphorus, phosphide, arsenic, etc., which easily makes the catalyst lose its activity; it contains halogen and a large amount of water vapor) It contains halogen hydrocarbons and other corrosive organic gases.

 

2. RTO is generally suitable for the treatment of a variety of organic waste gas with a concentration of 5000 ~ 20000mg / m3.

 

 

Technical features

 

(1) Low operation cost and ultra-low fuel cost. When the concentration of organic waste gas is more than 2000 ppm, the RTO unit does not need to add auxiliary fuel.

 

(2) The purification rate is higher than 98%.

 

(3) It can realize automatic control, simple operation, stable operation, high safety and reliability.

 

(4) There is no pulse phenomenon caused by pressure change.

 

(5) The results show that the temperature in the regenerator is increased evenly and step by step, the heat transfer in the furnace is strengthened, the heat exchange effect is better, the furnace volume is small, and the equipment cost is reduced.

 

(6) The technology of staged combustion is adopted to release heat energy under delayed combustion. The furnace has uniform temperature rise, low burning loss and good heating effect. There is no local high temperature and high oxygen zone in the traditional combustion process, which inhibits the formation of thermal nitrogen oxides (NOx) and has no secondary pollution.

 

(7) Inert alumina ceramic ball is set at the inlet of waste gas, which can protect, buffer and filter the heat storage ceramic, and prolong the service life of the heat storage ceramic.

 

 

Technical principle

 

RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer, RTO) is a regenerative thermal oxidizer, also known as regenerative incinerator. The technology was introduced from Korea and improved by our scientific and technological personnel on the basis of digestion and absorption, making the technology more perfect. Its basic principle is that under high temperature (≥ 760 ℃), the organic waste gas will be oxidized into CO2 and H2O, so as to purify the waste gas and recover the heat released during decomposition, so as to achieve the dual purpose of environmental protection and energy saving. It is an energy-saving environmental protection device for treating medium and high concentration volatile organic waste gas.

 

 

The main structure of RTO is composed of combustion chamber, ceramic packed bed and switching valve. The regenerative ceramic packed bed heat exchanger in the device can maximize the recovery of heat energy, and the heat recovery rate is more than 95%. There is no or little fuel used in VOC treatment. If low concentration waste gas is treated, concentration device can be selected to reduce combustion consumption.
