Technical principle:

The low-carbon heat pump evaporator is mainly composed of several modules such as vacuum system, compressor system, wastewater circulation system, and automatic control system. The equipment uses negative pressure to suck materials into the evaporation chamber, and a forced circulation pump circulates and atomizes the materials, forming a water film on the heating heat exchanger; By utilizing the heat generated by the closed-loop refrigeration circuit of a heat pump, the water in the material is heated and evaporated before being condensed and separated, achieving efficient and low-carbon material separation, reducing equipment operating energy consumption, and achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.

Low carbon heat pump scraper evaporation equipment

Technical principle:

The scraper evaporation equipment has a heating jacket inside the evaporation chamber shell, which is equipped with rotatable fixed blades (similar to ship paddles) inside. The inner cylinder wall is heated by high-temperature refrigerant or other heat carriers, and the liquid is added along the tangent direction from the rotating shaft side. Due to the effects of gravity, centrifugal force, and rotating scraper, the solution forms a rotating thin film on the inner wall of the evaporation chamber and is evaporated, concentrated, and crystallized during this process. Solved the problem that conventional low-carbon heat pump evaporation equipment cannot handle easily crystallized waste liquids.
